Today is the start of something new.

Today,  changes are a foot.  I don't know what the changes will be, but they will be. 

I often feel like I need to do something new or something just for myself.  Changing my blog name to 'Taku waahi harikoa’ may help a little, as there will be very few people who manage to find it.   Taku waahi harikoa’ means My Happy Place.  

My random thought:

Some people like to detail their live on face book but recently I have realised that FB isn't the place or at least shouldn't be the place to do that.  Mainly because it doesn't give your FB friends a choice.  Rather, your postings, unless your friends have very limited notifications, are there on their home page.  And often they click 'like' as they are scrolling through and not really taking the time to read and absorb. 

So for someone to found your blog, read blog and leave an actual comment, would mean that they are genuinely interested or bored, in which case they wont be back, their choice.  

Oh Well.

Where does time go?

2016 gone already, and what a year, ups and down.  As a family we lost several close family members and close friends.  It is hard to figure out what the new normal is with out them and the standard saying is that life goes on.  Such a terrible but true statement.  

This year, I wish for a new nice normal.  A year with no unpleasant surprises.  Wouldn't that be nice.
